Damages and Exchanges
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We want our customers 100% satisfied with their order! If a refund/exchange is requested for a defective product, it will only be for the cost of the product, shipping is not refunded. Items exchanged for sizing must be new, unused condition with original packaging.
